a legal fraud matter with a "friend" of mine michal groop

This number has called me starting at 1:55 pm and then each hour up until 10:00. Now has started again and it is 7am

number will show up on caller id as being from San Antonio, TX. Do not answer, hit re-dial and a local number comes up. Dial number and a woman answers as follows, Credit One Bank, please hold and a man comes on and assures you that this indeed Credit One Bank. No listing for that Bank in San Antonio, Tx and no listing for that number. All voices have a heavy mid-eastern accent.

Someone from this number keeps calling my cell phone. I had already called the number to block any telemarkers, so if this is one, I'm not sure how they are getting through. They do not leave any messages.
